Six world records
100km tandem rowing world record
On Sunday 24th May 2009 David and his brother Jonathan set a new 100 km tandem world record in the heavyweight 20-29 age category at the Newton Longville Festival of Transport, Buckinghamshire, in a time of 7hrs 31mins 29.9secs. They became the first brothers to set an endurance record on a land rowing machine.
24 hour tandem rowing world record
On Sunday 5th July 2009 David and James Burrows set a new 24 hour tandem world record in the heavyweight 20-29 age category at Fitness First, Basingstoke. They rowed a combined distance of 312.726 km (195.5 miles).
Million metre rowing world record
On Wednesday 7th October 2009, David set a new lightweight world record for the fastest million metre row in a time of 227 hours and 43 minutes in the Mall Shopping Centre, Basingtsoke.
Endurance rowing world record
On Saturday 6th November, David set a new lightweight world record for endurance rowing of 30 hours at Fitness First, Basingstoke
Continual rowing world record attempt
On St George's Day (23rd April), David and Ollie Trinder will attempt to break the current tandem endurance world record of 72 hours at the Hilton in Reading.
Million metre tandem rowing world record
On Wednesday 12th May 2010, David and Ollie Trinder set a new world record for the fastest tandem million metre row in a time of 102hrs 32mins and 58.1secs at the Reading Hilton
Endurance tandem rowing world record
On Wednesday 12th May 2010, David and Ollie Trinder set a new world record for endurance tandem rowing of 103 hours at the Reading Hilton.

Hopefully by Saturday December 18th - world record for fastest time rowing around the equator (40,075km) on a land rowing machine.
